  I've known and worked with Terri and Mike for quite some time now.
  
  Then have installed and serviced furnaces both in my home and in other properties that I manage.
  
  I knew Mike was the best when in 2007 he installed a new furnace and heat pump in my home. When the inspector came after he asked "who did this job"?
  
  When I told him Mike from Assurance Air, his reply ... "Best job I've see in a very long time!"
  
  What else is there to say !!!

  I've worked with the people at Assurance for the last 3 plus years. I've had repairs to my furnace, duct work completed, new AC and seasonal service for both heating & cooling. Everyone there has been great to deal with. Everything is well explained, the work is completed as scheduled and the price if fair.

  It couldn't have gone better. Assurance Air has handled both my air conditioner and my furnace. They are professional, courteous, friendly and really explain what is going on.
  
  Came out late to fix my broken furnace. It was only about 50 degrees in my house and they came out after 9pm to help me out! Great service!

  They were very professional. On time for the appointment. He explained everything about air conditioners. Then explained what I would need for the size of my house. Very good price for the job. Very professional during the installation too.

  Quite simply, Mike saved my life. He smelled an external gas line leak in my front yard. As a result, Columbia Gas repaired the line and installed a new digital outside gas meter. Mike is one of the most honest businessmen I've had the pleasure of meeting. He will be truthful if your home requires a new furnace or central air unit and he will be truthful if your unit simply needs repair. He explains his work in a manner that a non-HVAC person can understand. He will stay focused on your problem until there is a resolution. Mike is a genuinely good person and well as being funny, and I wholeheartedly recommend him.

  My furnace blower stopped working. I called Assurance Air in the morning and they got me on their schedule for later that same day. When Mike arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and said he would need to make a trip to his supplier (an hour round trip during rush hour) for a part. When he returned, he had the blower running in no time. Mike is very professional and a pleasure to do business with. He has done other work for me over several years and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
  
  Diagnosed problem with my furnace blower and was able to fix it that same day.

  We've used Assurant Air since 2007. Scheduling is so easy. Leave a message and Terri calls back almost immediately to schedule your appointment. She's a pleasure to talk to! On Wednesday our air conditioner appeared to be dead. Called to schedule and Mike arrived on Thursday. He did a complete inspection of the air conditioning system, tweaked settings, added coolant, cleaned the coils and explained what and why for all the procedures. All is well! Absolutely recommend him!

  Assurance Air is the best. They did an air conditioning repair for me several years ago and I was completely satisfied. When I needed help again, I called Assurance immediately. Terri is so sweet when one calls. Mike came to my home and told me just exactly what needs to be done. Assurance is the best. This is a company who is 100% honest, reliable and REALLY cares about their customers!

  Mike did excellent maintenance on our old HVAC system for many years.
  Now that we?re replacing the HVAC with a brand he doesn?t sell, we feel it?s best to use the company selling us the new unit.
  Mike was nice enough to spend time advising us about how to buy the best system and the kinds of experience and certification to look for in an installer.
  We appreciate all the good work he has done on our HVAC over the years.
  It has been a pleasure having him in our home and working with Terri on the phone.

  Mike was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule this past Saturday and he was great to work with. Very communicative, showed up on time, very detailed oriented, knows his stuff, talked us through
  all the options, and ultimately got our air fixed. Service fee was reasonable (especially on a weekend). Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the only thermostat he had on his truck that met
  our needs was a bit nicer and more expensive then we would have liked in an ideal world but that wasn't entirely his fault. All in all great work by Mike and we'll definitely use him again.

  I just converted to a gas furnace, and interviewed multiple contractors before making the investment. Mike McGlothlin gave me multiple options and took the time to make sure I understood the
  differences among them, including the costs/benefits of each. Frank and his son handled the installation with both friendless and professionalism, taking great care to get the furnace up and running
  ASAP, protect my carpets, walls, etc., and leave my home better than they found it. And my family is THRILLED with the heat and comfort of the new system! I recommend the team at Assurance without
